Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Local Pickup

We are happy to offer free local pickup in Fredericksburg, TX for nearby customers. At checkout, select “Local Pickup” as your delivery method. Once your order is ready, you will be notified via email with detailed pickup instructions. Please note:

Pickup is by appointment only.

Orders are typically ready within 3-4 business days.

You’ll need to present your confirmation email when picking up.

Pickup location will be provided after checkout and is in the Fredericksburg area.

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

Lotus & Lace is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or damaged by the carrier. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.
