Refund Policy — Lotus & Lace

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our bath and body products, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit.

For apparel, we accept exchanges on unworn items in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns for final sale items.
