We prioritize thoughtfully chosen ingredients and artisanal processes. While some products may include safe, cosmetic-grade fragrance oils, we aim for gentle, skin-loving formulations that align with our earthy, ritual-inspired ethos.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Do your soaps contain synthetic dyes?

We primarily use micas, clays, and mineral pigments to create our signature tones. Any additional colorants used are cosmetic-grade and skin-safe.

Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are gentle and formulated with nourishing ingredients. However, if you have very sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before use or doing a small patch test.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days and shipped shortly after. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer free local pickup for customers located within 40 miles of Fredericksburg, Texas. At checkout, simply choose the “Local Pickup” option. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the pickup location.

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is prepared. Most orders are ready within 3-4 business days.
